My favorite dim-sum place is Din Tai Fung. It is located at Taipei 101 (the tallest building in Taiwan.) It has a big hall of fame! It is the biggest Din Tai Fung restaurant I've ever seen! According to their brochure, the New York Times has once rated Din Tai Fung as one of the top ten restaurants of the world. And the only Asian restaurant on the list.
Look at this elegant to-go bag...what do these characters mean? I guess it is "Din", "Tai", and "Fung".
How yummy! I wish I can gobble up three XiaoLongBaos at one time!
Are you ready to taste this XianoLongBao with me?
It is so juicy! Remember to suck all the soup out first...
The person who invented XiaoLongBao should really get a "No-Bell-Prize." ^_^
This is their shrimp fried rice without onions. The chefs made it especially for me.
This is a whole plate of "A-veggi". It's pretty good.
My parents' favorite. It has seaweed, bean-curd, and bean-sprout.
I miss din tai fung. I did not know they have one in 101....
